Our website and Bee in the Borough email accounts are hosted using HostGator services. Our hosting provider processes personal information on our behalf in providing these services.
Contact-form submissions are stored within our WordPress website. The form also generates an email notification containing the information submitted.
Our website maintains temporary outgoing-email logs for troubleshooting and delivery purposes. These logs may contain the name, email address and message submitted through the contact form.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep your information
Contact-form submissions are normally retained for up to 12 months from submission.
Outgoing-email logs generated by the website are normally retained for up to 30 days.
Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship with Bee in the Borough.
Information may be retained for longer where necessary for an ongoing relationship or to meet legal, regulatory, accounting or other legitimate record-keeping requirements.
